To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We include all necessary tools and a step-by-step instruction manual.
What is your return policy for Epic Cycles gear?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for bikes that have been ridden extensively.
How much does shipping cost for premium mountain bikes?
We offer free standard shipping on all bike orders over $500 within the continental United States. Accessories and smaller components have a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99.
What kind of warranty do you offer on frames?
All Epic Cycles frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components like drivetrains and brakes are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, typically for 1-2 years.
